Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers and assisting with product inquiries.
- Maintain high standards of store appearance, including shelf stocking, merchandising, and housekeeping.
- Provide professional advice on health and beauty products to meet customer needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment processes.
- Support store promotional activities and display setups to drive sales performance.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Handle customer feedback professionally to ensure total customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- A friendly, proactive, and customer-oriented personality.
- Willingness to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handling cash transactions.
- A keen interest in health, beauty, and personal care products.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
