Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and assist customers with shipment inquiries, ensuring a positive and professional customer experience.
  • Accurately process incoming and outgoing parcels, packages, and documents in the LBC operating system.
  • Handle cash and non-cash transactions, including payments, change dispensing, and official receipt issuance.
  • Coordinate with dispatch and logistics teams to ensure the timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
  • Maintain the overall cleanliness, safety, and organization of the branch office.
  • Address customer concerns and complaints promptly, escalating complex issues to the Branch Manager.
  • Monitor inventory levels of shipping supplies and assist with monthly stock checks.
  • Actively promote LBC products and services to walk-in customers to achieve branch sales targets.

Kualifikasi

  • College graduate of any 4-year course, or Senior High School graduate with relevant work experience.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field (fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be willing to be assigned in Kalayaan, Makati City.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, and web-based tools).
  • Trustworthy, honest, and team-oriented.
