Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions, including the handling of shipments, remittances, and bill payments.
- Ensure the accurate and timely processing of daily sales and cash deposits.
- Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries regarding products and services, and provide accurate information.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe branch environment at all times.
- Assist in promoting LBC Express products to potential customers and cross-selling services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the branch manager and team to achieve daily operational targets.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field (Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong customer service orientation with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
- Physically fit and presentable with a neat and professional appearance.
