  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a high degree of professionalism and empathy.
  • Resolve complex customer issues by analyzing problems and providing accurate, timely, and effective solutions.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and resolutions within the CRM system.
  • Build strong rapport with customers to ensure high satisfaction levels and foster long-term loyalty.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including technical support and product management, to escalate issues and improve service delivery.
  • Stay updated on the latest company products, services, and policies to provide accurate and relevant information.
  • Meet and exceed daily and monthly performance metrics, including Average Handle Time (AHT) and Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT).

Kualifikasi

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional when handling difficult or frustrated customers.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems.
  • Able to work full-time, including weekends or shifting schedules as required by business needs.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
