Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and speed.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to provide accurate information and achieve high satisfaction levels.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, transactions, and comments in the company CRM.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the best solution.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate timely resolution of technical or delivery-related concerns.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our product catalog to provide expert-level assistance.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm, patient demeanor under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and comfortable navigating CRM software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a high-volume environment.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a significant advantage.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Valenzuela City.
