Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary liaison between the company and clients, providing prompt and professional assistance.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of banking products, services, and compliance protocols.
- Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments while maintaining oversight.
- Proactively contribute to service improvement initiatives by gathering client feedback.
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics including quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction scores.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the Banking or Financial Services industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to navigate multiple software platforms simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure while handling sensitive client information.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, shifting environment.
