Tanggung Jawab

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the company and clients, providing prompt and professional assistance.
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on first-contact resolution.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of banking products, services, and compliance protocols.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments while maintaining oversight.
  • Proactively contribute to service improvement initiatives by gathering client feedback.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics including quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction scores.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the Banking or Financial Services industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to navigate multiple software platforms simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure while handling sensitive client information.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, shifting environment.
