Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound voice and chat inquiries regarding auction processes, account status, and general product information.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints efficiently while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone.
- Document all customer interactions, feedback, and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to meet and exceed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Stay updated on company products and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services where appropriate to drive revenue growth.
Kualifikasi
- High School Graduate or Bachelor’s Degree holder in any field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with a neutral accent.
- Must be willing to work in a Night Shift (e.g., 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM or 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM).
- Ability to maintain fixed weekends off as required.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home.
