In this role, you will be the bridge between our patients and world-class eye care services, ensuring every individual feels supported, informed, and valued from their initial inquiry through to post-operative recovery.

You will not just be handling administrative tasks; you will be instrumental in improving patient outcomes by coordinating surgery schedules and conducting preliminary diagnostic tests. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide empathetic and professional support to patients via phone, email, and in-person consultations.
- Perform basic preliminary eye tests and diagnostic screenings as per clinical guidelines.
- Manage end-to-end surgery coordination, including scheduling, pre-op instructions, and follow-up appointments.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient electronic medical records (EMR).
- Handle patient inquiries regarding procedures, recovery protocols, and pricing with clarity and accuracy.
- Collaborate with surgeons and medical staff to ensure a seamless patient journey.
- Assist in general administrative office duties to maintain smooth clinic operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma in Nursing, Healthcare Management, or a related field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Prior experience in a customer service, hospitality, or healthcare support role is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic medical database software.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn diagnostic equipment operation (training provided).
- Demonstrated empathy and a commitment to high-quality patient care standards.
