Tanggung Jawab
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing timely and professional solutions.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring all milestones and deliverables are met on time.
- Coordinate closely with engineering and logistics teams to align project resources with customer requirements.
- Monitor project progress daily, identifying potential delays and proposing corrective actions immediately.
- Prepare and update accurate project documentation and customer records within the company database.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for service improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of quotations, proposals, and progress reports as required by management.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service and project planning.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data tracking and scheduling.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Basic understanding of project management principles and engineering trading processes.
