Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries related to insurance products and services in both English and Cantonese
- Process insurance applications, claims, and policy modifications with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and empathy
- Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure timely follow-up
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Continuously update product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
- Meet and exceed performance metrics including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and first-call resolution rates
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in both English and Cantonese (written and spoken)
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification; diploma or degree in relevant field is advantageous
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or insurance industry is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Flexible to work in 24/7 shifts as required by the business operation
