Tanggung Jawab
- Handle high-volume incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries with professionalism and speed.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding insurance products, policy updates, and claims status.
- Identify customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide appropriate solutions or escalations.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering a personalized and caring service experience.
- Accurately update and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex customer concerns effectively.
- Adhere to all service level agreements (SLAs) and internal compliance standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'A' Levels, Diploma, or Degree in any discipline.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, call center, or retail environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Empathetic, patient, and able to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and CRM software.
- Ability to commit to a 1-year contract duration.
- Positive attitude with a strong desire to provide excellent customer support.
