In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients utilizing our advanced sleep therapy devices. We are looking for individuals who are not only customer-focused but also possess a strong drive to educate and support individuals suffering from sleep disorders.

Your daily efforts will directly contribute to improving the quality of life for our clients by providing exceptional service, troubleshooting technical issues, and guiding them through their treatment journey. If you have a knack for sales combined with a genuine desire to help others, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries regarding sleep therapy products and services.
  • Provide detailed product education and troubleshooting support for CPAP and BiPAP devices to ensure optimal patient compliance.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to monitor patient progress and address any concerns or difficulties with their equipment.
  • Process orders, manage customer accounts, and maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the scope of patient needs.
  • Ensure all customer interactions adhere to company scripts and compliance standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM / O-Level qualification; a Diploma or Degree in any field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service, telemarketing, or healthcare support is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a warm and empathetic tone.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical product information to non-technical customers.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in using CRM software.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented sales mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Fluent in English and Malay; proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
