Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on satisfaction.
- Provide expert assistance regarding product details, warranties, and services for our diverse watch collections.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and promptly.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations in a calm and solution-oriented manner.
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions within the CRM system.
- Stay updated on the latest product launches, promotions, and brand news.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, or call centre operations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment with a high volume of interactions.
- Passion for luxury goods, watches, or jewelry is highly desirable.
- Proficient in using computer systems, MS Office, and CRM software.
- Customer-centric attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to remain composed and professional under pressure.
