Tanggung Jawab
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls and emails regarding utility billing and account inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations efficiently while maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor.
- Process payments, update account balances, and verify billing statements for accuracy.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions within the CRM system.
- Provide clear explanations of utility services, charges, and payment plans to ensure customer understanding.
- Collaborate with the finance and operations teams to address billing discrepancies or system errors.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide consistent and reliable support.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a contact center handling both voice and non-voice channels.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Proficient in using computer systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
