  • Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and virtual channels
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency
  • Document interactions and maintain accurate case records in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer needs
  • Meet/exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) for resolution times and satisfaction
  • Continuously update product knowledge to provide accurate information

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year customer service/call center experience
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English and Tagalog
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with conflict resolution aptitude
  • Proficiency in CRM software and multitasking tools
  • Ability to adapt to flexible schedules including weekends/holidays
  • High typing speed (minimum 30 WPM) and computer literacy
