Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat for Australian clients
- Resolve product inquiries, technical issues, and billing concerns promptly
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed case records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless issue resolution
- Meet performance metrics for response time, first-contact resolution, and CSAT
- Continuously update product knowledge and service protocols

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or call center experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution techniques
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
