Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate training or learning development
- Proficiency in instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
- Experience developing training materials for customer service environments
- Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into training solutions
- Certification in training or instructional design preferred
