Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Manage and resolve complex customer escalations, ensuring a positive outcome for both the client and the company.
- Document all customer interactions accurately within the CRM system.
- Maintain deep product and process knowledge to provide accurate and reliable information.
- Collaborate with team leads and support departments to address recurring customer pain points.
- Adhere to quality assurance guidelines and performance metrics consistently.
- Contribute to a supportive team culture by sharing best practices and insights.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 6 months of BPO experience required.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in computer navigation and multitasking.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
