Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries regarding parcel status, delivery schedules, and shipping policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Process returns, refunds, and exchanges accurately in the CRM system according to company guidelines.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding shipping routes, costs, and tracking details.
- Collaborate closely with the logistics and dispatch teams to resolve delivery delays or errors.
- Document all customer interactions, feedback, and issues in the customer relationship management (CRM) database.
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks on calls to ensure adherence to scripts and service standards.
Kualifikasi
- Must be willing to work in a Day Shift schedule.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a strong advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in using computers, email, and CRM software.
- Strong typing skills and keen attention to detail.
