Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via non-voice channels such as email and chat.
- Provide accurate, timely, and professional responses to customer queries.
- Manage and resolve escalated customer issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads and support staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to team goals.
Kualifikasi
- At least 6 months of experience in a BPO or Customer Service environment.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Strong typing speed and accuracy (at least 30-40 wpm).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting schedules.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
