- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve product-related issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining brand standards
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately in retail/footwear context
- Provide detailed product knowledge and recommendations for footwear and retail items
- Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Contribute to service improvement initiatives and team training sessions
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of retail or footwear industry experience preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino
- Strong problem-solving abilities with patience and empathy
- Proficiency in handling customer inquiries across multiple channels
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail/service environment
- Basic computer literacy with experience in CRM or POS systems
- Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational degree in retail is advantageous
