As a Customer Care Officer at BTI Payments, you will be the frontline ambassador of our brand, providing exceptional support to our valued clients regarding our payment solutions and services. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-line support for customers using BTI Payments' platforms, addressing queries related to transactions, account management, and system navigation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues accurately and efficiently, escalating complex technical matters to the appropriate internal teams.
- Process customer transactions and adjustments according to established policies and procedures.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our payment products and services to offer accurate information.
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring records are detailed and up-to-date.
- Consistently meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction scores and resolution time.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance customer service processes and share feedback from clients.
Kualifikasi
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment (BPO background is a plus).
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills in English; proficiency in Filipino is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask effectively across different communication channels (phone, email, chat).
- Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software; familiarity with fintech or payment systems is highly desirable.
- High school diploma required; college degree in business or a related field is preferred.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to Cebu City for onsite work.
