Tanggung Jawab

  • Deliver exceptional customer support to global healthcare clients via multiple channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Manage and update patient or client records with high accuracy within dedicated healthcare systems.
  • Resolve complex inquiries and service issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professional empathy.
  • Collaborate with international teams to ensure seamless service delivery and operational excellence.
  • Ensure strict adherence to data privacy regulations and healthcare compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA).
  • Identify opportunities to improve service workflows and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Generate regular reports on interaction metrics and service quality for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service or BPO, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a Remote/Work-From-Home setup.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and multitasking capabilities.
  • Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated quiet workspace.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred but not required.
