Tanggung Jawab
- Own the end-to-end preparation and processing of annual billing contracts to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Review and validate contract data, pricing terms, and customer information for compliance and errors.
- Process contract renewals, amendments, and modifications efficiently within established SLAs.
- Communicate billing terms, pricing structures, and contract details clearly to internal teams and customers.
- Resolve billing inquiries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate management level promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contract statuses and payment schedules in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with Sales and Support departments to ensure alignment on contract terms and customer needs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service, contract management, billing, or a related administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional data entry and proofreading skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and a customer-centric mindset.
