Join Bridge Data Centres as a Customer Design Manager / Senior Manager and lead the design of cutting-edge data center solutions that meet our clients' most demanding requirements. In this critical leadership role, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our data center designs deliver optimal reliability, sustainability, compliance, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
As a key member of our design team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate customer needs into technically sound design solutions. You'll leverage your expertise in data center infrastructure, electrical systems, mechanical systems, and IT infrastructure to develop comprehensive design specifications that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design of data center solutions that meet customer requirements for reliability, sustainability, compliance, cost, and delivery targets
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and construction teams to translate customer needs into comprehensive design specifications
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and client requirements
- Manage the design process from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence
- Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to junior designers and engineers
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in data center design and infrastructure
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs and requirements
- Drive innovation in sustainable design practices to minimize environmental impact while maximizing efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in data center design, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure, including electrical systems, mechanical systems, and IT infrastructure
- Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant design tools
- Proven track record of managing complex design projects from conception to completion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Professional certification such as P.E., LEED AP, or relevant industry certifications preferred
