- Develop and execute distributor management strategies to maximize market coverage and sales performance
- Analyze market trends and sales data to identify growth opportunities for Kenvue brands
- Train and support distributors on product knowledge, sales techniques, and promotional activities
- Monitor sales targets and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
- Coordinate with marketing teams to align on brand initiatives and promotional calendars
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all sales activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors and retail partners
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in distributor management or sales operations
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in FMCG or consumer goods industry
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Self-motivated with results-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills
