Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and target prospective customers to expand our client base in Bali.
- Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly sales programs to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct market research to identify potential growth opportunities and industry trends.
- Present and sell Rentokil Initial services to new and existing clients to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the management team to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, customer development, or business development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) is required for site visits.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
