Are you a strategic leader passionate about driving sales in the fast-paced FMCG industry? We are looking for a dynamic Customer Development Manager to lead our Modern Trade initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will oversee high-impact relationships with key accounts in supermarkets and hypermarkets, ensuring our products achieve maximum visibility and drive significant revenue growth.
Your primary focus will be on designing innovative trade marketing strategies, optimizing shelf space through effective planograms, and strengthening partnerships that yield long-term commercial success. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute promotional activities and analyze market trends to refine our commercial approach.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for Modern Trade accounts.
- Manage and nurture Key Account relationships to ensure mutual growth and partnership stability.
- Oversee trade marketing activities, including planograms, promotional setups, and merchandising standards.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to optimize assortment and pricing.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance) to ensure seamless execution of commercial plans.
- Conduct regular market visits and shelf audits to maintain brand visibility and compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of experience in the FMCG sector, specifically within Modern Trade channels.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required.
