In this client-facing role, you will be the voice and face of our prestigious clients. You will interact directly with customers during marketing events and activations, helping to foster positive customer experiences and driving brand loyalty. No prior specific industry experience is needed as we provide comprehensive full training to set you up for success.

What You'll Do:

- Interact directly with customers at promotional events and roadshows to generate interest and drive engagement for client brands.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, providing product demonstrations, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Effectively communicate key product features and promotional offers to diverse audiences.
- Represent Metricnova Marketing and its clients with the highest level of professionalism and brand alignment.
- Collect valuable customer feedback and lead data to help optimize marketing strategies and improve client campaign performance.
- Set up and manage event booths, ensuring all marketing materials and displays are organized and visually appealing.
- Collaborate with the wider team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and engagement targets.
- Actively participate in all training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and communication skills.
Kualifikasi
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Confident and outgoing personality with a genuine passion for interacting with people.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and a professional work ethic.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a high-energy team.
- Prior customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is a strong plus, but we welcome applicants from all backgrounds (full training provided).
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Authorized to work in Singapore and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends if required.
