Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver technical expertise to guide customers in implementing and optimizing Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise solutions.
- Architect robust, scalable AI-driven workflows that enhance enterprise productivity and collaboration.
- Conduct deep-dive technical workshops and training sessions to empower customer success teams.
- Act as the primary technical liaison between Google and key accounts to ensure seamless adoption of Agentic AI tools.
- Identify customer pain points and propose innovative technical strategies to overcome them using Google’s AI capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to provide feedback on feature development and customer needs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Deep understanding of Google Workspace administration and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
- Strong experience with Generative AI and LLM technologies, specifically Gemini.
- Proven track record of providing technical consulting to enterprise clients and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated problem solver with a passion for driving digital transformation.
