- Manage, plan, and direct service start-up activities for HVAC and thermal systems
- Perform system commissioning, testing, and validation to meet design specifications
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues during commissioning and start-up phases
- Prepare detailed documentation including reports, manuals, and handover materials
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, environmental standards, and contractual requirements
- Provide technical training and guidance to customer personnel
- Optimize system performance through continuous monitoring and adjustment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HVAC/thermal system commissioning
- Strong knowledge of thermal dynamics, refrigeration cycles, and control systems
- Experience with industry-standard commissioning tools and diagnostic equipment
- Certification in HVAC systems or thermal management (e.g., ASHRAE, LEED) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and technical troubleshooting abilities
- Strong communication skills with ability to interact effectively with clients
- Ability to work independently in field environments with minimal supervision
