Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with senior engineers on the installation and commissioning of semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and diagnostics to minimize equipment downtime.
- Execute equipment upgrades and modifications to meet evolving customer requirements.
- Provide expert technical support and training to customer operations staff.
- Document technical findings, service reports, and corrective actions accurately.
- Travel to customer sites to resolve critical technical issues and build strong client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards during all service activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in semiconductor equipment service or a related technical field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with senior engineers and clients.
- Ability to travel frequently to various customer sites.
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics and engineering drawings.
