Tanggung Jawab
- Leverage deep cloud expertise to design, implement, and optimize Google Cloud Platform solutions for enterprise customers
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers achieve business objectives through innovative AI/ML implementations
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide technical guidance throughout the sales cycle
- Develop and deliver technical workshops, proof of concepts, and architectural guidance to customers
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive resolution to ensure customer success
- Stay current with Google Cloud technologies and industry trends to provide best-in-class advice
- Represent the voice of the customer by providing feedback to product and engineering teams
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 5+ years of experience in cloud computing, with hands-on experience in Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Azure
- Strong background in AI/ML technologies and their application in enterprise environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience in customer-facing roles, including pre-sales, technical support, or consulting
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to learn and master new technologies quickly
