In this pivotal role, you will act as a technical lead for our enterprise customers, helping them unlock the full potential of Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You will work closely with sales teams to design custom solutions that address unique customer challenges, specifically focusing on AI/ML and Platform engineering.
Your day-to-day will involve deep-dive technical discussions, architecture design, and hands-on implementation of cloud-native solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Act as a trusted technical advisor and thought leader for enterprise customers, helping them navigate complex cloud architectures.
- Design and implement scalable AI/ML and Platform solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to drive business value.
- Conduct technical discovery sessions to understand customer pain points and propose tailored technical roadmaps.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure customer success and retention.
- Deliver engaging technical presentations, demos, and workshops to diverse stakeholder groups.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure high customer satisfaction and uptime.
- Stay current with Google Cloud platform updates and industry trends to provide the best technical guidance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud computing, or machine learning engineering.
- Strong understanding of Google Cloud Platform services, including AI Platform, BigQuery, and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go, and familiarity with ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing technical role or pre-sales environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
