- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of cloud architects specializing in AI/ML solutions
- Drive enterprise AI adoption by designing scalable implementations on Google Cloud Platform
- Develop strategic customer relationships with C-level executives and technical decision-makers
- Translate business requirements into technical architecture using Vertex AI, BigQuery, and ML Engine
- Collaborate with Google's product teams to provide customer feedback and influence roadmap
- Establish governance frameworks for AI deployment, including MLOps and ethical AI practices
- Lead digital transformation initiatives across APAC markets with measurable ROI outcomes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years experience in cloud/AI roles with 5+ years in leadership/management
- Expertise in Google Cloud AI suite (Vertex AI, TFX, AutoML) and competitive ecosystems
- Proven track record leading technical teams through complex enterprise transformations
- Deep understanding of MLOps, data engineering, and generative AI implementation
- Experience in enterprise sales cycles and stakeholder management at executive level
- Strong communication skills articulating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
