Tanggung Jawab
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Process transactions and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer concerns
- Meet/exceed key performance indicators including resolution rates and CSAT scores
- Adhere to company policies and regulatory compliance standards
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer journeys
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year experience in call center or customer service roles
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia with clear communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution expertise
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
