As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you will play a critical role in managing passenger flow, providing real-time assistance, and upholding the high operational standards of the RTS Link. Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary point of contact for passengers at the RTS Link station, providing a warm and professional welcome.
- Provide accurate wayfinding and travel information to assist passengers with cross-border transit processes.
- Actively manage crowd flow during peak hours to ensure safety and operational efficiency within the station premises.
- Assist passengers with ticketing inquiries, station facilities, and barrier-free access services.
- Monitor station conditions and report maintenance or security issues promptly to the operations control center.
- Handle passenger feedback and resolve minor service issues with a focus on de-escalation and guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with security and operational teams to ensure compliance with transit policies and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; candidates with a Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
- Strong command of Malay and English; proficiency in Mandarin or other regional languages is a distinct advantage.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure in a high-traffic environment.
- Willingness to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physically fit and comfortable standing for extended periods.
- Prior experience in customer service, aviation, tourism, or public transport is highly preferred.
