Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries across multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Provide accurate information, guidance, and solutions to customer questions and concerns regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Proactively identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and prevent potential issues.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and comprehensively in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to escalate complex issues and ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and courtesy in all customer communications.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs) to meet performance targets.
  • Continuously learn and stay updated on product knowledge, service changes, and customer support best practices.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or BPO environment is preferred but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer resolution.
  • Proficiency in using computers and navigating various software applications (e.g., CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for helping customers.
  • Flexibility to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays, as business needs require.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Davao City.
