Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone and email with a focus on quality and speed.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions.
  • Document all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Collaborate with team leads and cross-functional departments to ensure seamless service support.
  • Participate in daily huddles, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent work experience in customer service.
  • Proven experience in a call center or customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using computer applications and CRM software.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment and handle high-pressure situations.
  • High level of empathy and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including night shifts.
