We are currently seeking a highly motivated Customer Experience Associate I to join our team in Pasay City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients' customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive experience with every interaction.

As a Customer Experience Associate, you will handle inbound calls, emails, and chats, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and processing transactions with accuracy and efficiency. You will use your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to understand customer needs and deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations.   • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying problems and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and average handling time.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer service delivery.
  • Adhere to company guidelines and maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and irate customers with professionalism.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and data entry.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous customer service experience in a BPO or call center environment is an advantage.
  • Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
