Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound calls for hotel guests regarding reservations, inquiries, and service requests
- Resolve guest complaints with empathy and efficiency while maintaining brand standards
- Process bookings, modifications, and cancellations using reservation systems
- Collaborate with hotel staff to address complex guest needs and operational issues
- Document interactions in CRM systems with detailed and accurate information
- Meet performance metrics for call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
- Adhere to company policies and data security protocols
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality or travel
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Tagalog
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach
- Proficient in using CRM software and reservation systems
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
