In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, managing inquiries across phone, email, and live chat. You will assist clients with their trading accounts, product information, and general account-related matters, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. We are looking for someone who can communicate complex financial concepts with clarity and patience, helping clients navigate the market with confidence.
Your responsibilities will include resolving customer issues efficiently, documenting interactions accurately, and collaborating with internal departments to optimize service delivery. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and respond to incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat channels.
- Assist clients with account setup, verification, and troubleshooting for trading platforms.
- Provide detailed explanations regarding financial products, market updates, and account balances.
- Resolve escalated complaints and issues to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- Document all client interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the trading and operations teams to resolve complex account issues.
- Conduct client onboarding calls and provide ongoing support to existing clients.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center operations, or financial services.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical details simply.
- Basic understanding of financial markets, trading concepts, or securities operations is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a high-volume environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer support.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
