- Assist commuters with route planning, directions, and transportation information at service counters
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve passenger inquiries efficiently and professionally
- Handle ticketing transactions and address fare-related concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- Support emergency situations by following established protocols and coordinating with relevant authorities
- Collect customer feedback and report service improvement opportunities
- Promote awareness of public transport initiatives and available services
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' Level or equivalent educational qualification
- Prior customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory
- Strong verbal communication skills in English (additional languages like Mandarin or Malay are a plus)
- Friendly, approachable personality with a genuine desire to help others
- Ability to work in rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and handle light duties
- Responsible and reliable with good attendance records
