Kualifikasi
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer experience or digital operations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data and feedback
- Experience with digital platform management and rewards program implementation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset
- Proficiency in using analytics tools and CRM systems
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
