  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels
  • Resolve shipment tracking, delivery, and billing issues with first-contact resolution
  • Process service requests, modifications, and complaints using CRM systems
  • Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records
  • Collaborate with logistics teams to resolve complex service disruptions

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year customer service or call center experience
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
