Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on high-quality service and timely resolution.
- Assist clients in selecting and booking the appropriate office spaces, meeting rooms, and virtual services.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Address customer complaints and concerns professionally, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to meet individual and team targets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (or equivalent work experience in customer service).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse clients.
- Previous experience in a call center, customer support, or real estate/leasing industry is a plus.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid work setup.
