Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
  • Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency while meeting performance metrics
  • Document interactions and maintain accurate case records in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and ensure consistent service quality
  • Continuously update product knowledge to provide accurate information
  • Contribute to team goals by meeting/exceeding key performance indicators
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance service skills and product expertise

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college graduates preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino
  • Previous customer service experience in a BPO/call center environment is advantageous
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Basic computer proficiency with willingness to learn new technologies
  • Positive attitude with commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
