- Manage incoming calls to process orders, handle inquiries, and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and share best practices.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and sales targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Prior experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a BPO or call centre environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and CRM software.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
