What You'll Do
- Drive inbound and outbound sales efforts to connect customers with top-rated professionals.
- Champion the customer journey from initial inquiry to successful project completion.
- Provide expert guidance on Thumbtack's features and services to maximize user satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to refine sales scripts and customer success strategies.
- Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales conversion and customer retention.
- Handle customer inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Thumbtack's marketplace dynamics to offer tailored solutions.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to continuously improve the sales process.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in a sales or customer success environment (BPO or tech industry preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple software platforms (CRM tools, Google Suite).
- Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Genuine passion for helping others and solving problems.
- Adaptable and thrives on feedback to achieve continuous improvement.
