Tanggung Jawab

- Manage and resolve customer inquiries using Zendesk ticketing system

- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Zendesk and other customer service software
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
